Registered Dietitian, PA License

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Provide tailored nutrition therapy consultations through telehealth platforms.

• Implement evidence-based clinical protocols to deliver personalized, high-quality nutrition support.

• Track patient progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure they achieve their goals and enhance clinical outcomes.

• Maintain high patient retention rates by adhering to evidence-based clinical program guidelines.

• Collaborate closely with essential members of the care team.

• Utilize meal planning tools to aid patient compliance and the successful execution of care plans.

• Engage in clinical rounds with partner practices and their care teams as required.

• Attend quarterly registered dietitian group meetings and monthly one-on-one sessions with the clinical nutrition manager.

• Assist patients in making meaningful lifestyle changes.

• Quickly establish a rapport with patients and/or their caregivers to build and sustain trust.

• Show empathy towards each patient or caregiver.

• Record clinical information in an Electronic Medical Record system.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

• Ability to transition smoothly between patients and adhere to operational procedures aligned with clinical programming.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid licensure in **Pennsylvania**.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition or Dietetics.

• Completion of an Accredited Dietetic Internship.

• Credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).

• A minimum of 1-2 years of nutrition experience following the internship.

• Experience in counseling patients either virtually or in an outpatient environment.

• Comfortable educating patients with complex chronic conditions, including diabetes and kidney disease.
