Registered Dietitian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a dedicated client panel focused on the prevention, management, or reversal of chronic metabolic conditions.

• Provide virtual one-on-one and group counseling through video calls, phone conversations, and secure messaging on a HIPAA-compliant platform.

• Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to encourage behavior change, enhance engagement, and improve health outcomes.

• Work in collaboration with L-Nutra’s Chief Medical Officer during weekly clinical assessments.

• Coordinate with healthcare providers to obtain laboratory results, glucose monitoring information, and medication modifications.

• Develop educational materials, evidence-based handouts, and innovative content for members.

• Generate monthly blog entries and multimedia resources linked to proprietary technology and the longevity program.

• Engage with social media communities and initiatives aimed at member involvement.

• Identify areas for enhancing the member experience and propose improvements.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all counseling sessions.

• Assist in coaching initiatives and uphold compliance expectations on a weekly basis.

• Offer feedback to enhance the integration of coaching services within the software platform.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bolster program execution as the company expands.

• Embody L-Nutra’s values, mission, and clinical excellence in every interaction.

• Serve as a trusted representative for potential members and healthcare providers seeking information about the program.

• Registered Dietitian credentialed by the CDR.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.

• Self-assured in conducting one-on-one counseling sessions.

• High level of proficiency in time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
