Registered Clinical Social Work Intern, Spanish Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient services via Brave Health's telehealth program.

• Provide mental health treatment to individuals of all ages.

• Collaborate with commercial health plans while serving Medicaid and Medicare clients.

• Maintain 30 client care hours weekly, averaging 6 clients per day.

• Commit to a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday during a shift of either 10am-7pm or 11am-8pm Eastern time.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans.

• Partner with clients to help them reach their goals.

• Employ telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication tools.

• Review an application questionnaire and proceed with recruiter screening if both parties find a suitable match.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree and active licensure required.

• Must possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without any employer sponsorship now or in the future.

• A private workspace at home is essential for patient safety and HIPAA compliance.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• Spanish language skills are preferred; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

• Familiarity with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses is necessary.

• Experience in treatment planning is essential.

• Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal collaboration tools.

• Proven experience in partnering with clients to achieve their objectives.

• Capability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Must be able to complete 30 client care hours weekly, averaging 6 clients per day.

• Experience in working with patients diagnosed with substance use disorders is required.

• Experience with patients who have chronic severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or schizoaffective disorder is essential.

• A minimum of 20 client-facing hours per week in one-on-one psychotherapy is necessary.
