Registered Client Service Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Serves as a point of contact for Home Office associates and their immediate family members

• Investigates and resolves advanced issues related to clients' accounts

• Identifies the most effective strategies to guarantee client satisfaction

• Engages in follow-up communications to confirm client satisfaction

• Collaborates and communicates with Home Office departments to address issues

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in the financial services sector

• Preferred experience in a related service role

• SIE required unless an exemption or grandfathering applies

• Series 7 and 63 licenses are mandatory
