Registered Client Service Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Provide service support for a FA/PWA/team

• Assist the FA/PWA/team in developing and strengthening new and existing client relationships

• Execute money movement transactions as requested by the client and/or FA/PWA/team

• Respond to general non-investment inquiries regarding client accounts

• Facilitate the onboarding and maintenance of client accounts, which includes gathering client information and necessary documentation

• Support FAs / PWAs/ teams in achieving their business objectives and client service strategies

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• College degree is preferred

• Active Series 7 (GS), and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) licenses

• Preferably two or more years of experience in the industry

• Familiarity with financial services products, including but not limited to equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, and managed accounts

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
