This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, facilitating ongoing communication and addressing service needs.
• Organize logistics for client meetings, litigation reviews, and educational trainings/webinars.
• Track and oversee action items and follow-ups to guarantee timely completion.
• Assist in the execution and compliance with client service instructions and reporting requirements.
• Serve as a problem solver for any disruptions in client services.
• Focus on nurturing relationships at every interaction.
• Function as the main point of contact for attorneys regarding client-related service needs and internal requests.
• Collaborate with internal departments (billing, calendaring, HR, IT, operations) to resolve issues that affect service delivery.
• Support attorneys with administrative or operational requirements linked to client expectations (reporting, presentations, data requests).
• Aid in the execution of client-specific initiatives, such as presentations, training sessions, settlement days, and process rollouts.
• Help develop and maintain client-facing materials, including reports, presentations, and status summaries.
• Monitor the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and expectations.
• Identify service gaps, communication issues, or operational inefficiencies, acting as a problem solver and escalating as necessary.
• Proactively follow up on outstanding items to ensure resolution and client satisfaction.
• Maintain awareness of client activities to support consistent service delivery across attorneys and offices.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in California workers’ compensation, including firm operations, claims adjusting, or client services.
• Highly organized with strong skills in follow-up and project coordination.
• Excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with legal and operational teams.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel as required for conferences, claim reviews, networking events, etc.
