This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Deliver individualized behavioral interventions to clients within their home environment.
• Conduct skill acquisition programs for clients utilizing the principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis.
• Complete daily program documentation and data collection before the conclusion of each shift.
• Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to execute personalized treatment plans.
• Gather and accurately document data regarding clients’ progress.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all clients during treatment sessions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Hold a minimum of a High School Diploma; a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology, special education, or a related field is preferred.
• Have at least one (1) year of experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with special needs.
• Must be compassionate, energetic, and detail-oriented.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License and have reliable transportation.
• Capability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and remain standing for up to 4 hours.
• Must be able to stay within close proximity to children at all times for safety reasons.
• Successful completion of a criminal history background check and drug testing is required.
