• Lead and enhance the efficiency of marketing channels for a specific brand and geographic area, focusing on budget management.
• Develop, implement, and execute a marketing strategy aimed at increasing efficiency and scalability in marketing campaigns and initiatives for a particular brand.
• Partner with the Hub leadership team to establish high- and mid-level goals, objectives, and KPIs, ensuring they align with the overall business objectives.
• Supervise the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization, providing data-driven recommendations to enhance overall marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including internal and external marketing and technical teams, as well as partners.
• Establish and uphold marketing performance metrics and dashboards, delivering regular reports and analyses to stakeholders.
• Regularly assess and optimize marketing processes, workflows, and systems to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Remain informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing operations, suggesting innovative solutions to promote growth.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Lead or Head of Marketing, Affiliate, Media Buying, or Brand Awareness in the iGaming sector.
• Extensive knowledge of marketing sources, funnels, and the performance of each.
• Strong comprehension of audience behavior and nuances specific to the iGaming industry.
• Demonstrated experience in building and managing high-performance teams, along with effective cross-functional collaboration with other departments.
• A data-driven approach with robust budgeting skills, performance analysis capabilities, and a focus on ROI in decision-making.
