• Develop and implement marketing campaigns, as well as design sales and promotional strategies to support the recruitment and retention of agents.
• Plan and collaborate with branches to create marketing initiatives aimed at attracting new prospects.
• Oversee the annual marketing calendar, which includes campaigns, events, and recognition programs.
• Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing platforms.
• Provide marketing tools, content, and resources to assist branches and agents in enhancing their productivity.
• Organize and conduct marketing training or sharing sessions to improve agents’ marketing skills.
• Monitor and assess campaign results, market trends, and agent engagement performance.
• A minimum of 5 to 8 years of marketing experience, ideally within the insurance or life insurance sectors.
• Demonstrated expertise in campaign planning, event management, and marketing.
• Familiarity with insurance distribution channels and agency operations is an asset.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with proficiency in MS Office, Canva, and digital marketing tools.
• Capability to multitask and manage timelines efficiently, with a team-oriented mindset and a results-driven attitude.
