• You will have overall accountability for marketing at IQ Capital.

• You will develop and oversee our social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

• You will create scripts for videos, landing pages, and email campaigns.

• You will plan and manage marketing projects along with external vendors and agencies.

• You will design and enhance landing pages, focusing on concept, structure, and copy.

• You will build email campaigns, newsletters, and automated workflows.

• You will strategically plan video content and produce detailed briefs.

• You will optimize funnel structures and work towards improving conversion rates.

• You will monitor performance KPIs and implement data-driven optimizations.

• You will develop affiliate structures and manage partnerships.

• You will enhance our positioning and further develop the IQ Capital brand within the prop-trading sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• A proven track record in performance marketing, preferably in the prop-trading or funded-trader domain.

• A solid grasp of prop-trading models, including challenges, funded accounts, payouts, and risk management.

• Exceptional copywriting abilities in both German and English, particularly tailored for a trading-savvy audience.

• Experience in managing social media across various platforms.

• A deep understanding of the customer journey, conversion optimization, and performance mechanics.

• Capability to conceptually design and write landing pages.

• Familiarity with tools such as Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or HubSpot.

• A blend of strategic and operational thinking.

• Self-reliant, organized, and driven.

• Ability to coordinate multiple marketing initiatives at once.
