• Plan and organize daily and weekly deliveries based on priorities.
• Translate commercial planning into strategic operational plans.
• Manage schedules and workflows in **ClickUp**.
• Conduct brief alignment meetings, daily check-ins, and progress reviews.
• Monitor deadlines, indicators, and operational performance.
• Track KPIs with the traffic team: CPC, CPL, CTR, conversion rate.
• Create and consolidate weekly technical reports.
• Map processes, identify bottlenecks, and suggest improvements.
• Review the quality of deliveries among traffic, copy, and design teams.
• Ensure clarity and predictability in communications with the CS team.
• Support leadership in prioritizing and strategically organizing demands.
• A background in related fields is a significant advantage (Administration, Advertising and Marketing, Engineering, IT, etc.).
• At least **2 years** of experience in project management, operations, or team coordination in marketing, advertising, technology, or digital agencies.
• Proficiency in ClickUp and spreadsheets.
• Understanding of digital metrics (CPC, CPL, CTR, conversion).
• Awareness of the workflow between traffic, copy, and design.
• Strong organizational skills, clear communication, a sense of ownership, and agility.
• Resilience and decision-making capability.
• **Intermediate English** proficiency.
• Experience with CRM and WhatsApp.
