• Develop and implement the JAPAC field marketing strategy aimed at enhancing pipeline growth and achieving revenue goals.
• Lead and nurture a high-performing team of field marketers, encouraging innovation and accountability.
• Collaborate with regional sales leaders to align marketing efforts with sales priorities across enterprise, mid-market, and growth segments.
• Create and expand a comprehensive partner marketing program by designing initiatives that accelerate pipeline and revenue through both "to-partner" and "through-partner" strategies across JAPAC.
• Work closely with partner sales leadership to design and implement joint marketing initiatives.
• Manage regional marketing budgets, ensuring that investments are in line with revenue objectives and yield strong ROI.
• Formulate and execute regional marketing plans that are in sync with global campaigns while also catering to local market requirements.
• Provide insights regarding the performance and impact of field marketing initiatives, including events and campaigns.
• Identify and propagate best practices across regions to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
• Collaborate with global marketing teams to tailor messaging, campaigns, and programs for regional implementation.
• Ensure robust cross-functional alignment to facilitate the success of field marketing.
• Foster team development by ensuring access to necessary resources, budget, and opportunities for career advancement.
• Over 15 years of experience in field or event marketing, preferably within the enterprise technology sector.
• Extensive understanding of the enterprise customer journey and sales processes.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing marketing budgets, complemented by strong forecasting skills.
• Proven track record of collaborating closely with sales teams to achieve measurable business results.
• Expertise in developing and implementing field-driven demand generation initiatives.
• Strong customer-centric approach with high standards for customer-facing interactions.
• Broad marketing knowledge spanning multiple disciplines.
• Adaptable, positive attitude, and a commitment to ongoing improvement.
• Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to make a significant impact.
• Excellent communication abilities and executive presence.
• Proficiency in one or more regional languages is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
