This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Ensure that the qualitative and quantitative retail objectives in your region are met and exceeded.
• Strategically enhance existing structures while exploring new sales opportunities, always with a focus on growth.
• Lead, coach, and develop the regional sales team (area sales managers) – because strong teams are built through strong leadership.
• Manage and develop regional multi-entrepreneurs, identify expansion potentials, and actively drive these initiatives.
• Provide operational support to the team during vacancies or special needs – including your own presence in the area.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Field Sales to achieve regional goals and to strategically develop HOLY.
• Several years of sales experience in the retail or FMCG sector, ideally as a Regional Sales Manager.
• Leadership experience – you enjoy coaching and developing people.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills – with a genuine passion for sales.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a pragmatic approach in daily operations.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid Class B driver's license & willingness to travel – because your territory needs to be conquered.
• Completed degree and/or commercial training.
