This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Create and implement a detailed, long-term regional go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
• Establish a solid, systematic, and repeatable approach to "mega-deal" transactions.
• Recruit, guide, and motivate a high-achieving team.
• Build and sustain relationships with executives at the C-level.
• Execute and oversee a sales methodology grounded in data.
• Work in collaboration with global leadership, as well as Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• Over 15 years of progressive experience in enterprise software sales leadership.
• Demonstrated success in leading and finalizing complex transactions exceeding 7 figures for new logos.
• Proven track record in crafting and implementing highly effective GTM strategies.
• Extensive experience in strategic customer acquisition and building connections with C-level executives.
• Exceptional leadership capabilities with a proven history of hiring, mentoring, and retaining top talent.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to travel globally (~50%) to connect with strategic customers.
