Regional VP – Government Relations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, oversee, and execute state-level strategies for Requests for Proposals (RFPs)

• Establish and nurture relationships with stakeholders in designated states

• Supervise state-level lobbyists and implement state strategies

• Research and pinpoint opportunities for CA’s inclusion on state lists

• Collaborate across CA to gain insights into the state and federal education policy landscape

• Demonstrated enthusiasm and dedication to enhancing student learning

• Experience engaging directly with senior leadership

• Proven track record in business development and/or policy achievements

• Comprehensive understanding of national and state-level educational assessments, curriculum, and policy

• Strong communication abilities

• Excellent relational, interpersonal, and customer-focused skills

• Committed to continuous learning

• Capable of managing uncertainty and meeting deadlines

• Proficient in various programs and applications, including Outlook, Salesforce, Smartsheet, Quorum, and Microsoft Office Suite products
