
Regional Video Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Lead territory engagement through various activities such as tradeshows, product demonstrations/training sessions, and lunch & learns.
• Collaborate with distributors, integrators, and end users to enhance sales within the territory.
• Serve as a problem solver for partners by assisting with quotes, proposals, and addressing objections.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments.
• Provide weekly and quarterly reports regarding pipelines, partner pipelines, and sales forecasting.
• Adhere to best practices while utilizing the CRM (Salesforce).
• Engage in extensive travel throughout the territory and occasional travel within North America as necessary.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in complex technical sales or at least 2 years of sales experience in the Video Security/Access Control field.
• Proficient in working through channels and directly with end users.
• Self-assured in presenting and demonstrating complex technical products.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Proven history of surpassing quota expectations.
• Capable of lifting items up to 50 lbs and possess basic mechanical assembly skills for equipment demonstrations.
• Must be able to travel reliably throughout the assigned territory, occasionally on short notice.
