Regional Vice President, Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Direct responsibility for a designated geographic area within Towne Park.

• Tasked with providing effective operational leadership to meet financial goals, as well as client and guest/customer satisfaction.

• Allocate and guide resources to ensure the integration of business plans and corporate initiatives.

• Guides the team in reaching financial and operational objectives.

• Oversees the activities and priorities of site operational leaders while supporting team members.

• Implements enhancements for operational efficiency.

• Trains and mentors operational leaders.

• Drives key business metrics and performance assessments.

• Collaborates with client leadership to foster new business opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.

• MBA or Master's degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in operations management, or a combination of education and experience equivalent to this requirement.

• Prior experience in a senior leadership position.

• Proven experience in managing budgets, revenue proposals, and forecasting results.

• Previous responsibility for P&L and income statements.

• Demonstrated expertise in budget planning and financial controls.

• Extensive knowledge in sales, employment practices, and business development.
