This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +6 more states.
β’ Identifying potential customers, generating leads, and converting them into clients.
β’ Engaging with new and existing clients to understand their needs.
β’ Highlighting product features to demonstrate how they solve customer challenges.
β’ Responding to customer inquiries regarding our products.
β’ Negotiating pricing and terms, and preparing sales agreements.
β’ Collaborating with team members across various departments.
β’ Maintaining contact lists and fostering customer relationships through follow-ups.
β’ Experience in the multifamily housing sector is preferred.
β’ 3-5 years of experience in technology or software sales (SaaS, PaaS, enterprise software, etc.).
β’ A bachelor's degree is required.
β’ A genuine enthusiasm for sales, with outstanding presentation skills and a proven ability to close deals.
β’ A solid understanding of how to develop client relationships.
β’ Demonstrated qualities of ambition, assertiveness, confidence, integrity, and discipline.
β’ Strong social intelligence and the ability to cultivate enduring, high-quality relationships with clients and colleagues.
β’ Proven sales achievements and a history of success.
β’ The capability to work independently.
