Regional Vice President of Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Managing the sales initiatives of properties, offering robust strategic and tactical guidance to the property.

• Tracking sales activities, including pace and production metrics.

• Assisting the properties in managing key accounts, along with the development and execution of sales SMART Plans.

• Ensuring that corporate sales procedures are established and adhered to.

• Evaluating and analyzing sales metrics to guarantee the team consistently meets or surpasses sales objectives.

• Setting and maintaining KPIs for sales performance.

• Creating portfolio roll-up reports that consolidate data from multiple sources to deliver comprehensive insights into key performance indicators.

• Developing and overseeing the sales department budget.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.

• Demonstrated success in senior sales leadership positions within the hospitality sector.

• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strategic vision and thinking to propel sales growth.

• Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities.

• A valid Driver's License is required.
