Regional Vice President of Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• The Regional Vice President of Operations (Central US - preferably located in Dallas, Houston, Austin, or San Antonio) will play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth and quality by overseeing the operational, clinical, and financial performance of all infusion centers in their region.

• Establish and uphold standards, promote process excellence, and cultivate strategic partnerships to achieve outstanding patient outcomes, intake efficiency, and regional expansion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Recruit, lead, manage, and hold accountable Senior Regional Practice Managers and Regional Practice Managers in your region; ensure leadership continuity through effective succession planning and talent development.

• Ensure adherence to core processes; implement and standardize enhancements where suitable.

• Oversee clinical and non-clinical staffing levels across the region to fulfill business and patient requirements.

• Address elevated patient and referring provider concerns and feedback throughout the region.

• Foster regional growth by developing valuable strategic relationships with top referring providers, regional payers, and other essential partners.

• Enhance profitability through identifying new site opportunities, M&A integration, and other strategic initiatives.

• Promote a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture across the region.
