This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Serve as an essential member of the regional leadership team focused on business growth and retention.
• Identify and formulate a go-to-market strategy to capitalize on core strengths.
• Lead the team in planning, developing, and executing effective sales strategies.
• Act as a subject matter expert on competitive services within the designated territory.
• Create innovative tools and protocols for proposals and presentations.
• Generate opportunities within existing accounts to cross-sell facilities and additional services.
• Foster a thriving sales and growth culture through coaching and effective performance management strategies.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required; an MBA or master's degree is preferred.
• At least 15 years of B2B sales experience in a services-oriented business.
• Previous experience is necessary in managing a team of sales professionals.
• Experience in the corporate dining sector is preferred.
• Proven expertise with a track record of progressively increasing responsibilities in a sales role.
• Preference for candidates with a demonstrated ability to sell across various types of services.
