This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement a robust customer acquisition strategy aimed at driving annual revenue and bookings growth within the region.
• Take personal charge as the lead sales representative for regional enterprise accounts.
• Collaborate with Tanium Partner and Channel resources to create and execute a strategic sales plan tailored to each designated regional account.
• Stay informed about and manage all key contractual obligations in the region, facilitating customer meetings and communications regarding deliverables as needed.
• Conduct weekly forecasting meetings with the regional team and provide coaching on strategies to enhance closure rates.
• Report regional sales activities and forecasts to sales leadership.
• Supervise a sales team (4-8 members) comprising Directors of Strategic Accounts and Enterprise Account Managers, ensuring success in delivering technology solutions that meet customer needs and achieve or surpass revenue targets.
• Mentor direct reports to aid in the development and execution of effective account plans for all accounts within the designated territory.
• Provide continuous mentorship and development for the sales team, which includes the recruitment, hiring, and training of new Account Executives on sales processes.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Industry Experience: At least 5 years of demonstrated sales leadership.
• Proven experience in enterprise software sales, both as an individual contributor and as a sales leader.
• Experience in managing high-performing sales teams.
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills, applicable in both internal and external settings.
• Familiarity with the cybersecurity landscape and network operations environment.
• Established track record of exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong knowledge and enthusiasm for reporting metrics and closing deals.
