This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +2 more states.
• Establish and nurture new and existing partnerships with banks, wires, and agency advisors.
• Formulate and execute business strategies to optimize sales within the designated territory.
• Provide product and sales training through both individual and group sessions.
• Strategically organize resource allocation to boost sales outcomes.
• Employ CRM systems and Jackson databases to oversee sales activities.
• Engage in continuous development and management of relationships.
• A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in investments, mutual funds, insurance, or annuities is required.
• Over 5 years of sales experience in investments, mutual funds, insurance, or annuities is preferred.
• Previous experience in annuity or investment external wholesaling is preferred.
• Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification is required.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7, FINRA Series 63, and a State Insurance License are required.
