Regional Vice President

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the current portfolio to ensure it maintains a suitable level of profitability

• Attaining a high rate of renewal retention

• Effectively communicating and delivering presentations to business proprietors

• Cultivating robust relationships with key decision-makers within the organization

• Delivering efficient service

• Coordinating a team of service experts

• Clearly and professionally conveying the complexities of the Strategic Comp product

• Leading the team of service professionals (claims and loss control) responsible for servicing the portfolio

• Overseeing the implementation of program and service strategies

• Monitoring accounts for emerging trends and responding appropriately when necessary

• Sharing pertinent information regarding individual accounts with the marketing and underwriting teams

• Establishing strong connections with senior management of insured clients and serving as their primary relationship contact

• Performing additional tasks as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in account management, production, and/or overseeing a loss control department for a commercial insurance firm

• Four years of experience in a leadership role managing a team

• Strong analytical and mathematical abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Word

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Experience working with loss runs
