This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Evaluate and enhance clinical proficiency for the designated field organization.
• Recognize clinical training deficiencies, available resources, and areas for improvement toward certification.
• Implement new technologies and accomplish geographically aligned business goals.
• Offer technical and clinical product assistance to electrophysiology (EP) physicians and laboratory personnel.
• Assist in advanced cardiac ablation procedures utilizing electrophysiology systems and catheters.
• Cultivate relationships with physicians and EP laboratory staff to generate interest in new products and indications.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers, Field Service Engineers, Field Management, Sales, Marketing, and Global Education and Training teams.
• Design and implement certification and clinical development plans for workgroups.
• Assess learning and development within the designated workgroup.
• Instruct physicians and EP/IC Lab personnel on electrophysiology systems and catheter equipment, including the CARTO System.
• Inform customers about electrophysiology products and disseminate best practices.
• Mentor workgroups on consultative selling techniques and recognize sales opportunities.
• Facilitate communication between Territory Managers and Clinical Account Specialists with key decision-makers to promote incremental business.
• Establish customer relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, administrators, and hospital personnel.
• Stay updated on product usage instructions, technical troubleshooting, scientific literature, and new product developments.
• Address customer and partner inquiries via email and voicemail.
• Complete field visit documentation, training summaries, account records, compliance training, expense reports, and company system input.
• Provide case support, schedule appointments, deliver clinical and technical information, and ensure optimal equipment utilization.
• Adhere to Safe Fleet standards and comply with health, safety, environmental, federal, state, local, and company regulations.
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree, or 5 years of relevant professional work experience.
• Exceptional oral communication skills, including the ability to deliver group presentations.
• Strong written communication abilities.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
• A valid driver's license issued in the United States.
• Willingness and capability to travel up to 70% overnight locally, regionally, and nationally.
• Preferred certification in cardiology technology, such as IBHRE or RCES, along with EP clinical experience.
• Management or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Preferred residency in the assigned geographic area.
• Proficient computer skills, including expertise in Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to adhere to applicable federal, state, local, and company regulations, policies, and procedures.
