This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.
• Lead and manage technical service support throughout the SEA region in the food industry.
• Offer technical consultation and troubleshooting assistance for customers, OEMs, and sales teams.
• Conduct inspections of equipment and plants, along with lubrication assessments.
• Create professional technical reports and provide product recommendations.
• Foster and develop long-term relationships with customers through technical engagement.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to assist with customer visits and solution-oriented selling.
• Support OEMs with technical recommendations and obtain necessary approvals.
• Contribute to product enhancement and provide feedback to regional and global teams.
• Engage in technical events, exhibitions, and industry seminars.
• Offer technical insights on market trends and customer requirements (non-commercial).
• Develop technical reports and tailored recommendations for customers.
• Aid in the continuous improvement of service processes and tools.
• Support regional initiatives aimed at achieving technical service excellence and enhancing customer experience.
• Manage local and regional business needs, including training, utilizing technology to connect with all stakeholders (KL Sales & Channel Partners), and creating platforms to bolster knowledge enhancement.
• Provide on-site technical service and troubleshooting to meet existing customer expectations.
• Deliver technical training sessions, seminars, and workshops for both customers and sales teams.
• Identify and maximize opportunities focusing on OEM operations for existing and new approvals/recommendations through activities at their regional subsidiaries.
• Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by superiors and as required by the business.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or a related discipline).
• At least 8 years of experience in technical service, maintenance, or application engineering, preferably in the lubrication or specialty lubricants sector.
• Strong practical experience with lubrication systems, tribology, or industrial maintenance practices.
• Demonstrated experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for industrial applications.
• Background working with industrial clients and OEMs, particularly in sectors such as cement, steel, food, or manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a technical context.
• Proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
