This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Responsible for overseeing the complete talent acquisition process, from job requisition and intake meetings with hiring managers to pre-onboarding activities.
• Actively seek and identify potential candidates through multiple channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry events.
• Leverage advanced search techniques and tools to create a robust talent pipeline of candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical abilities, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and hiring managers to understand and clarify talent requirements and expectations.
• Offer insights and recommendations on candidate profiles, market trends, and best practices to facilitate successful hiring outcomes.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.
• Present job offers to selected candidates, negotiate compensation packages, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
• Work with various organizations, including tertiary institutions, to organize recruitment events, internships, and talent pipelining initiatives.
• Keep accurate and current candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Perform any additional duties as required.
• Exceptional communication skills, with strong proficiency in both verbal and written English.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment operations and/or talent acquisition, with experience in hiring technical roles across Southeast Asia considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter, among others.
• Strong capabilities in data management, reporting, and analysis, with advanced skills in Excel or similar software.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
