• Oversee and enhance regional service sales orders for electrical substation equipment and service initiatives.
• Create and implement service sales account strategies to broaden installed base coverage and establish long-term service agreements.
• Cultivate customer relationships by comprehending operational needs, maintenance strategies, and relevant regulations.
• Discover service opportunities through client meetings, facility inspections, and reviews of the installed base.
• Collaborate on service proposals, tenders, and follow-up activities with internal teams and business units.
• Convert customer requirements and feedback into suitable service offerings and sales strategies.
• Mentor and develop a regional service sales team, emphasizing engagement, performance, and safety.
• Utilize CRM and reporting tools to oversee sales activities, opportunity tracking, and ensure data accuracy.
• Accountable for ensuring adherence to applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 8+ years of experience in sales, sales support, and/or service of power systems or solutions; or a Master’s degree with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in sales, sales support, and/or service of power systems or solutions; or an Associate degree with no less than 10+ years of experience in sales, sales support, and/or service of power systems or solutions.
• Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or technical field.
• Experience in managing or guiding a service sales team.
• Proven experience with electric substation equipment such as transformers, switchgear, and circuit breakers, including customer-facing technical sales or solution presentations.
• Knowledge of operations and maintenance practices related to electric substation equipment and substation construction.
• Background in substation construction and negotiating long-term substation service agreements.
• Willing to travel up to 50%.
