• Translate global Data Center service strategies into execution plans tailored for regional and country-specific needs throughout North America.
• Negotiate and finalize significant service frame agreements with essential data center clients.
• Develop and oversee a collaborative regional sales network that facilitates cross-country coordination and the sharing of knowledge.
• Coach and mentor regional teams to foster capability enhancement in service selling and strategic account management.
• Represent North America in global segment forums to ensure regional priorities align with global account strategies.
• Manage multi-country accounts as cohesive entities while enabling localized execution.
• Drive customer engagement initiatives and engage in long-term relationship building with hyperscale and enterprise clients.
• Supervise pipeline development, forecast accuracy, and budget compliance across the data center service segment.
• Ensure adherence to relevant external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
• Candidates must possess work authorization that allows them to be employed by Hitachi Energy in the United States.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, account management, or service leadership within the energy or data center infrastructure sectors.
• Proven experience negotiating complex service contracts and facilitating strategic customer engagements.
• Familiarity with electricity infrastructure, digital lifecycle services, and data center operations.
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional and cross-country teams within a matrixed organization.
• Strong communication skills complemented by effective project management and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional North American languages is advantageous.
• Openness to travel across North America for customer and internal engagements.
