Regional Sales Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• You will train rental agents to enhance the rental experience by optimizing sales and service opportunities for all customers.

• You will provide coaching to branch managers on how to instruct rental agents in sales, service, and goal-setting techniques.

• You will conduct and document evaluations of Rental Sales Agent Coaching and Feedback, offering data-driven insights to branch managers and leadership.

• You will acknowledge and reward sales staff to foster morale and strengthen the culture within branches.

• You will serve as an expert adviser on all SIXT vehicles, protection items, and additional services.

• You will regularly meet with branch and regional managers to assess progress and generate comprehensive reports.

• You will analyze intricate data using AI tools and intermediate Excel skills to provide customized reporting that aids operations teams in optimizing sales and service.

• You will meet all sales and service standards while addressing customer complaints in a professional and confident manner.

• You possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or sales, ideally with a proven track record of achieving sales quotas or working in commission-based roles.

• You can translate quantitative data into actionable strategies that enhance operational team performance and assess their effectiveness.

• You are available for extensive travel within your designated area, with minimal overnight stays required.

• You excel in building interpersonal relationships and have strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• You are highly organized and skilled at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
