• Oversee direct account business operations.
• Manage accounts with an emphasis on foodservice distributors and end-users.
• Collaborate with local and regional distributors to ensure effective service delivery to operators while maintaining high service standards.
• Conduct quarterly, mid-year, and annual business review meetings with existing customers to ensure regular communication and follow-up on new business prospects.
• Build strategic partnerships with end-user accounts.
• Uphold pricing agreements and handle renewals with local chain account clients.
• Propel business development efforts for products among end-users by means of education, relationship building, and traditional selling techniques.
• Support existing business while seeking new placement opportunities aimed at generating incremental growth through both direct and indirect selling activities.
• Foster unit volume growth and implement both regional and organizational initiatives.
• Advocate for and enhance the Roland Foods brand through product demonstrations, training sessions, targeted sampling, and engagement with end-users.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in account or sales management.
• At least 5 years of experience in the food industry, specifically within hospitality and foodservice.
• Strong administrative and organizational capabilities, with a background in using a CRM system, preferably Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of addressing groups of various sizes.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong technical writing skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.
• This position is eligible for bonuses.
