This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Identify, sign, and activate physician clinic partners within your designated verticals, concentrating on practices that will incorporate Molecular You as a regular protocol.
• Facilitate educational sessions at clinics with physicians and clinical personnel, articulating the biomarker platform into a straightforward patient conversation framework that the practice can utilize independently.
• Manage the entire sales process: outreach, initial meeting, proposal, onboarding, and continuous account development.
• Keep track of pipeline and activities in the CRM, providing weekly updates on activation and volume objectives.
• Relay market insights back to the commercial team regarding objections encountered, the fastest-moving verticals, and areas where pricing or positioning may need adjustment.
• Participate in regional conferences and patient events hosted by clinics that are pertinent to your territory.
• Over 3 years of experience selling specialty diagnostics, advanced laboratory services, functional medicine products, or nutraceuticals directly to physician practices.
• Established connections with specific physicians and clinic contacts in your area—this is not a cold territory.
• Proven success in selling within at least two of our target verticals: longevity, integrative/functional medicine, concierge, women's health, performance medicine, or GLP-1/weight management.
• A history of consultative selling to clinical buyers who require education, not mere persuasion.
• Self-motivated and field-oriented; you create your own schedule and are accountable for outcomes without the need for daily oversight.
• Comfortable working in a startup environment where processes are still being established, your input is valuable, and uncertainty does not hinder progress.
• Driven by the potential for commission earnings rather than base salary security; you prefer your compensation to be linked to your performance.
• Capable of distilling a complex scientific platform into a clinical value proposition that resonates within a 20-minute physician meeting.
• Residing in the target region with the ability to be active in the market for the majority of the week.
• Proficient in CRM systems and maintain disciplined pipeline management.
• A bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Earn 10% of revenue generated from sales made through your accounts.
