Regional Sales Manager – Western PA Territory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Identify, qualify, and secure high-value accounts with an annual packaging and crating expenditure aligned with Millwood’s strategic growth objectives.

• Establish market presence by cultivating business relationships and finalizing long-term agreements.

• Recognize trends through industry research and participation in events.

• Propose potential partnerships by reaching out to prospective associates.

• Lead negotiations and finalize significant deals by negotiating contracts and integrating them with operational processes.

• Conduct industry research to formulate effective sales strategies.

• Promote products and services to potential clients.

• Utilize broker partnerships to enhance Millwood’s visibility in underrepresented markets.

• Structure long-term agreements that encourage sustainable and mutually beneficial relationships.

• Collaborate with internal design and engineering teams to create customized packaging and crating solutions.

• Provide local support for National Account customer locations within the designated territory.

• Document all activities in Salesforce.

• Develop competitive pricing models that align with market standards while maintaining margin integrity.

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• Over 5 years of experience in an outside sales role.

• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel within the territory 3-5 days per week.

• Availability for overnight travel within your territory and to corporate meetings or events as necessary.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and Outlook.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel by car and plane.
