This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Create a strategic business plan aimed at surpassing sales objectives.
• Oversee and sustain the complete sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Assist clients in recognizing the value of Cribl throughout the sales journey.
• Clearly communicate our value proposition across all levels of the organization, from engineers to CxO executives.
• Consistently forecast sales and achieve targets predictably.
• Undertake responsibilities beyond regular working hours when necessary.
• Over 7 years of experience in Strategic Security Sales targeting Fortune Level Organizations, engaging with Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT professionals (CISCO/CIOs).
• Proven experience in at least one earlier-stage start-up with fewer than 1000 employees, or demonstrated entrepreneurial capabilities throughout their career.
• A successful track record of securing and expanding seven-figure contracts.
• Experience successfully selling to Global 2000 companies and establishing at least one new client from the ground up.
• Familiarity with a channel-led sales approach.
• Ability to generate demand in a territory and sell solutions that are not budgeted.
• Background in utilizing MEDDIC methodology.
