This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee the Costco operations within designated Western Regions.
• Implement regional business strategies that align with the company's growth targets and national Costco initiatives.
• Foster profitable sales growth through the introduction of new products, seasonal changes, distribution improvements, and promotions.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with Costco buyers, assistant buyers, regional staff, and broker partners.
• Conduct customer meetings, business evaluations, and product demonstrations.
• Identify growth opportunities and formulate recommendations to enhance sales and profitability.
• Examine sales patterns, inventory levels, store counts, distribution, category performance, and competitive activities.
• Take ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts by SKU and region.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Customer Service, and Finance.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Club Channel sales is required.
• Direct experience with Costco is highly preferred.
• Experience managing multiple Costco regions is preferred.
• Preferred experience in fresh food, refrigerated, or perishable food sectors.
• A proven history of achieving profitable sales growth.
• Strong skills in forecasting, analytics, and financial analysis.
• Familiarity with syndicated data and customer reporting tools is essential.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to influence without direct authority.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and adapt to rapidly changing customer demands while ensuring strong internal alignment and communication.
