This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Regional Sales Managers and field sales representatives throughout a designated multi-branch territory.
• Drive the disciplined execution of weekly leading-indicator KPIs (new accounts, quotes, reservations, contract starts, pricing) and monthly outcome KPIs (active accounts, fleet on rent, budget attainment).
• Take ownership of regional revenue targets and forecast-to-budget performance; collaborate with Commercial Excellence on forecasting and pipeline evaluations.
• Oversee account health in the region, focusing on new account development, active account retention, and the re-engagement of dormant or declining accounts.
• Actively engage with national and strategic leaders, account teams, and manage escalated customer relationships within the region.
• Ensure consistent and disciplined use of CRM and quoting tools by representatives for pipeline visibility and opportunity tracking.
• Confirm that representatives operate within approved pricing floor/target guidelines and tiered approval thresholds.
• Collaborate with Area Managers and branch operations to synchronize sales activities with equipment availability, fleet utilization, and service capacity.
• Facilitate inter-branch re-rent and equipment-sharing processes to enhance fleet utilization and margin capture.
• Recruit, hire, and cultivate branch sales talent; develop bench strength and succession plans throughout the region.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role managing multiple locations or territories.
• Experience in industrial services, equipment rental, environmental services, energy, or similar sectors is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting budget objectives across a multi-location sales team.
• Strong grasp of pricing discipline, CRM pipeline management, and KPI-driven sales coaching.
• Willingness and capability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
• Previous experience in integrating sales teams post-merger or acquisition is advantageous.
