This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Drive significant sales growth for the Bindicator®, Kistler‑Morse®, and Niagara Meters® product lines within the western U.S. dry‑bulk market.
• Establish, cultivate, and expand a robust network of distributors, OEMs, system integrators, and channel partners.
• Facilitate product training sessions and conduct on-site application assessments to highlight the strengths of Bindicator and Kistler‑Morse, particularly in challenging, dusty, and demanding bulk-solid environments.
• Guide customers in selecting the most suitable level measurement or weighing solution for various applications, including powders, grains, chemicals, and aggregates.
• Work collaboratively with the Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to generate quotes, secure new business, and maximize revenue.
• Increase territory coverage by enhancing existing accounts and creating new business opportunities.
• Ensure accuracy in Salesforce CRM and maintain a healthy sales pipeline that aligns with annual growth objectives.
• Create and implement a strategic territory plan, encompassing trade shows, account targets, and key opportunities.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Over 7 years of experience in technical or industrial sales, with a proven track record of managing OEMs, distributors, and representatives (with revenue responsibilities exceeding $5M).
• Practical experience in dry bulk powder or solids processing is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Capable of reading and interpreting technical specifications and process documentation.
• Outstanding communication skills, comfortable interacting with engineers, operators, and executives.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% within the western region.
