This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Proactively developing a sales pipeline targeting potential customers mainly within the Hospitality and Linen Supplier sectors.
• Identifying and creating new opportunities within existing accounts.
• Collaborating with HID leadership, regional sales teams, product management, and marketing to propose and enact growth initiatives.
• Accurately projecting sales pipeline and achieving business closures in line with established quotas.
• Representing the company at trade shows and events, including the preparation and delivery of speaking engagements as necessary.
• Providing competitive analysis for present and upcoming needs to regional sales managers and other stakeholders.
• Continuously reviewing sales results across all channels under your purview, implementing action plans to address any shortfalls against forecasts for these accounts.
• Offering training and business case assistance to regional sales teams and HID business development.
• Regularly managing leads, opportunities, and forecasts within Salesforce.
• Performing any additional duties as assigned by sales management.
• A minimum of 5 years' sales experience in the Laundry/Hospitality/Linen industry is essential for this position.
• Experience in RFID sales, including both RFID components and platforms, is advantageous.
• Training in complex sales methodologies is preferred.
• Proven experience in selling to distributors, VARs, integrators, and direct OEMs.
• A degree in sales or technical sales, or equivalent education combined with relevant industry experience.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, along with a natural inclination for teamwork.
• Innovative thinking paired with a practical approach, capable of managing multiple projects effectively while prioritizing tasks.
• Establishing a reputation as a “trusted advisor.”
• Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills, with the capacity to meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented approach is essential.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Familiarity with CRM, Sales, and Marketing Automation tools, including Salesforce.com, Marketo, and LinkedIn Navigator.
