📋 Description

• Take charge of driving sales and fostering market growth within your assigned region while nurturing customer relationships.

• Oversee and coordinate sales efforts in the designated area, which includes prospecting, generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, and finalizing sales for our range of products, services, and solutions.

• Achieve ambitious yet realistic monthly sales targets.

• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key customers, contractors, and consultants.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and establish long-term business partnerships.

• Execute regional sales strategies and marketing campaigns aimed at meeting or surpassing sales goals.

• Discover new business prospects and explore uncharted markets within the region.

• Perform regular market research to uncover new sales opportunities.


⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in business administration, engineering, or a related discipline.

• Familiarity with energy-efficient ventilation technologies and sustainable building practices.

• Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Certification in sales or HVAC-related fields.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the industry, competitors, and market trends to effectively identify opportunities and position products.

• Strong problem-solving skills to swiftly tackle challenges, whether they pertain to sales hurdles or customer concerns.

• Capability to efficiently handle multiple priorities, deadlines, and sales processes to optimize productivity.

• Flexibility in managing a variety of personalities, business environments, and sales strategies.
