Regional Sales Manager – Southern Germany

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Serve as the strategic and operational connection between the sales team and the headquarters.

• Lead and motivate a team of seven individuals.

• Provide coaching in the field and act as the primary technical contact.

• Foster productive collaboration between sales representatives and specialized departments.

• Utilize Salesforce for data analysis and reporting purposes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior leadership experience in a sales or promotional setting.

• Demonstrated success in B2B field sales, particularly with clients in the retail or convenience store sectors.

• Expertise in Salesforce.

• Strong solution-oriented mindset along with a proactive, hands-on approach.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German, along with proficient English; proficiency in French or any additional language is a plus.
