Regional Sales Manager, Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Build, enhance, and sustain relationship networks at all levels within each organization.

• Coordinate the engagement of Teledyne FLIR personnel and partners within accounts.

• Utilize account presence to promote up-selling and cross-selling.

• Provide market insights and educate, collaborate with, and persuade customers.

• Identify new opportunities and expand the Security base business across the territory.

• Establish and maintain precise sales pipelines and forecasts through CRM tools.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Teledyne FLIR Security products, services, solutions, value propositions, applications, pricing structures, and discounts.

• Conduct or coordinate product training sessions and demonstrations.

• Present complex technical information clearly in briefings to customers and at industry forums.

• Travel is expected to be around 60%.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Security sales.

• Preferred experience in selling VMS, visible cameras, thermal cameras, and radar.

• Exceptional collaboration and communication abilities.

• Capacity to work autonomously and maintain high self-motivation.

• Strong and persuasive communication skills.

• Technically skilled and proficient in delivering complex presentations and briefings.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to create professional briefing materials and present confidently to customers and at industry forums.

• Expected travel of 60%.
