Regional Sales Manager – Retail

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee and assist grocery retailers such as REWE, EDEKA, and Kaufland in their operations.

• Ensure optimal product distribution and create effective secondary placements.

• Continuously assess and enhance shelf placements and distribution strategies.

• Perform competitor analysis during store visits.

• Organize and maintain customer management within the CRM system.

• Represent yfood at various trade shows and fairs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree focused on Sales/Distribution.

• Several years of experience in the grocery retail sector, preferably in FMCG field sales.

• Confident demeanor with strong communication abilities.

• Capability to apply commercial/business reasoning effectively.

• Friendly and energetic personality.

• Assertive with strong problem-solving skills.

• High willingness to travel, including the need for overnight stays.

• Valid driving license (Class B).
