Regional Sales Manager - Retail

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Manage grocery retailers independently, including REWE, EDEKA, and Kaufland.

• Ensure optimal product placement and establish effective secondary displays.

• Execute sales-enhancing agreements to boost visibility and drive sales.

• Offer dependable support to key accounts within the grocery retail industry.

• Identify growth opportunities with customers and maximize sales potential.

• Monitor and enhance shelf placements while enforcing agreed-upon promotions.

• Conduct competitive analyses during store visits.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed commercial training, preferably as a retail sales associate, or a degree focused on sales/distribution.

• Several years of professional experience within the grocery retail (LEH) sector, ideally in FMCG field sales.

• Confident demeanor complemented by strong communication skills.

• Assertiveness coupled with problem-solving abilities.

• High initiative and a proactive, hands-on approach.

• Strong orientation towards customer service.

• Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight stays in hotels.

• Valid driver’s license class B.
