
Regional Sales Manager – Public Sector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Tasked with driving sales growth and enhancing Horizon3.ai's presence within UK public sector organizations.
• Focused on acquiring new accounts in local government, NHS, healthcare organizations, local authorities, blue light services, and higher education institutions.
• Cultivating strong relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Promoting long-term customer retention.
• Establishing and developing relationships with Channel Partners.
• Overseeing all facets of the sales cycle, including qualification, negotiation, and deal closure.
• A minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in the cybersecurity or technology sector.
• At least 2 years of direct sales experience with UK public sector accounts.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales targets.
• Strong understanding of UK public sector procurement frameworks.
• Knowledge of UK government cybersecurity standards and initiatives.
• Experience in developing and monetizing robust Channel Partner relationships.
• Expertise in managing all stages of the sales cycle.
• Proven track record of accurately tracking and managing customer data in a CRM system.
• Ability to effectively present and demonstrate solutions in meetings.
• Familiarity with Challenger or Question-Based Selling methodologies.
