📋 Description

• Accountable for driving business development and securing opportunities in the Power Stability sector for Transmission, Distribution, Power Generation Utilities, and Developer clientele.

• Establish and nurture relationships with TSOs/DSOs, regulatory bodies, utilities, IPPs, and partners to influence strategic plans and procurement processes.

• Capability to navigate the entire spectrum from business development in emerging markets to finalizing multi-million dollar contracts.

• Play a key role in achieving order targets for Power Conversion and Storage in North America within a strategically significant and expanding business segment.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• A degree in electrical, electromechanical, or a closely related engineering discipline is highly preferred.

• At least 8 years of experience in sales and/or business development within the technology, energy, or a related industry.

• Proficient knowledge of medium voltage power conversion technologies, which includes but is not limited to power electronics and electrical rotating machines.

• Strong customer-focused mindset, adept at transforming customer needs and challenges into lucrative business solutions.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to convert business development challenges into avenues for growth.

• Self-motivated individual with a collaborative approach and a consistent “can-do” attitude throughout the entire business cycle.

• Demonstrated experience in functioning effectively within multicultural and remote team settings, showcasing inclusive behaviors.

• Background in functional or matrix leadership, with an ability to guide through influence rather than direct authority.

• Willingness to travel as required by business needs.
