Regional Sales Manager – Power Stability

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Accountable for developing and securing business within the Power Stability sector for Transmission, Distribution, Power Generation Utilities, and Developers clientele.

• Oversee the entire process from identifying new business prospects to nurturing customer relationships through to deal closure.

• Establish and maintain connections with TSOs/DSOs, regulators, utilities, IPPs, and partners to influence plans and procurement processes.

• Tasked with selling solutions that facilitate enhanced levels of renewable power integration into the grid.

• Play a key role in achieving order targets for Power Conversion and Storage in North America within a strategic and expanding market segment for the company.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Strongly prefer a degree in electrical, electromechanical, or a related engineering discipline.

• At least 8 years of experience in sales and/or business development within the technology, energy, or a related industry.

• Proficient knowledge in medium voltage power conversion technology, including, but not limited to, power electronics and electrical rotating machines.

• Robust customer-focused mindset, capable of transforming customer needs and challenges into lucrative business solutions.

• Strategic thinker with the capability to leverage business development hurdles into growth prospects.

• Self-motivated with a cooperative attitude and a consistent “can-do” approach throughout the entire business process.

• Demonstrated effectiveness in multicultural and remote team settings, exhibiting inclusive behaviors.

• Experience in functional or matrix leadership, with the ability to guide through influence rather than direct authority.

• Willingness to travel as required for business purposes.
