• Act as the strategic and operational bridge between your sales team and the Berlin headquarters.
• Lead and motivate a team of 7 members.
• Support and mentor your team in the field.
• Promote effective collaboration among sales representatives, central departments, points-of-sale, and service providers.
• Utilize Salesforce for analyzing and reporting results to the Head of Sales.
• Previous leadership experience in sales or promotional settings.
• Proven track record in B2B field sales and distribution with clients in the retail or convenience store industries.
• Proficient in Salesforce.
• Strong solution-oriented mindset with a notable hands-on approach.
• Excellent communication and verbal skills in German, along with a good command of English; proficiency in French or any additional language is advantageous.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel at least 80% of the time.
• 30 days of vacation.
