This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Serve as the main point of contact for key strategic clients, nurturing strong relationships and trust to support long-term business growth.
• Actively manage and expand existing accounts by identifying opportunities to enhance the utilization of Citrix solutions.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of each client’s business objectives, requirements, and technical challenges.
• Promote the adoption of Citrix solutions, ensuring clients fully benefit from the products' value.
• Recognize gaps in clients' IT capabilities and suggest solutions that align with their long-term business aspirations.
• Achieve and surpass new logo revenue, retention, and growth sales targets by qualifying and converting leads, as well as identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Lead the creation and implementation of strategic account plans, focusing on portfolio expansion and securing renewals.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that client needs are effectively met.
• Demonstrated experience in sales account management, new business acquisition, business development, or sales within the technology sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Citrix solutions (or similar technologies) and their significance in an integrated IT strategy.
• Excellent skills in relationship-building with the ability to establish trust among senior stakeholders (IT Directors, etc.).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue retention and growth targets.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time for client meetings and events.
• Capability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage territory-level responsibilities.
• Proficiency in English.
• Based in the UK.
• Experience with strategic sales initiatives and collaborative marketing efforts.
