📋 Description

• Lead and mentor commercial consultants, promoting a culture of high performance, teamwork, and strong customer relationships.

• Track regional KPIs and convert data insights into actionable plans to enhance performance and operational effectiveness.

• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with partner Credit Advisors, ensuring active market engagement.

• Guarantee the consistent implementation of commercial routines, follow-ups, and regional management practices.

• Collaborate with internal departments such as Operations, Planning, and Payments to eliminate challenges and enhance partner experience.

• Engage actively in visits, meetings, and strategic commercial initiatives with key partners in the region.

• Contribute to the advancement of commercial and management processes, aiding in scalability and improved operational organization.

• Proven experience in leading commercial teams and managing performance metrics.

• Background in B2B operations with a strong consultative approach to client or partner relationships.

• Experience in the real estate sector, mortgage financing, or financial services.

• Strong analytical skills to monitor performance indicators and make informed, data-driven decisions.

• Results-oriented, well-organized, and adept at prioritizing tasks effectively.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence a range of stakeholders.

• Willingness to work closely with the market in the Midwest region, including in-person visits and regional travel.
