• Create and implement regional sales strategies that align with the company's goals and national direction.
• Oversee, assist, and enhance the performance of 1099 independent sales representatives across various states.
• Establish clear KPIs, track pipeline activities, and ensure the attainment of quarterly and yearly revenue targets.
• Discover new market opportunities and spearhead initiatives to grow Kandu's footprint in the region.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new 1099 sales representatives as necessary.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, field visits, and coaching sessions to boost representative productivity.
• Equip representatives with the tools, messaging, and product knowledge required to effectively represent Kandu.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key accounts, distributors, and strategic partners in the region.
• Assist representatives in closing significant opportunities, attending client meetings, and delivering presentations.
• Represent the region at trade shows, industry events, and internal sales gatherings.
• Provide precise and timely sales forecasts, market insights, and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to address regional needs and resolve customer concerns.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies, sales procedures, and contractual commitments.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Over 7 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a regional or multi-state leadership position.
• A background in PT/OT is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience in managing networks of 1099 independent sales representatives.
• Strong understanding of the market landscape in the Northwestern U.S.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building abilities.
• Capability to analyze data, generate forecasts, and influence strategic decisions.
• Self-driven, highly organized, and comfortable with remote work.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% of the time within the region.
